He is founder of ChangeFusion. He has raised and managed projects worth over 3 million USD focusing on social innovation development such as Internet-based social technologies as well as sustainable agriculture. ChangeFusion, formerly known as Thai RuralNet, is a World Bank Development Marketplace’s winner. He started off his career with Access Capital, a venture capital firm in Bangkok. He was also a Bloomberg Fellow in Finance. He became an Ashoka Fellow in 2009.

Arisa Pisitsotranon, Partner, Sustainability Practice

She is responsible for sustainability and climate crisis issues with background from private sector.

She is an author of books in Thai on Volunteerism / philanthropy, climate change, social entrepreneurship and internet safety.

Nawee Nakwatchara, Partner, Grassroots Technology Practice

He is experienced in grassroots-level social innovation design and diffusion. He has successfully developed 1/4th acre organic farming methods that are implemented in partnership with over 400 farmers in the Northeast of Thailand.

Tanatep Pornkulvilie, Partner, Finance and Accounting

Tanatep was reading Economics from the Thai Chamber of Commerce University. He is responsible for the organization's financial management and accounting issue.

Luna Shrestha Thakur, Country Director - Nepal

She worked abroad several years, mainly in the USA and New Zealand, summarizing her experiences in  a book, Journey to the Self.

In 2008, she set up ChangeFusion Nepal, an organization directed to supporting young Nepalis with passion and ideas who wish to set up social business ventures beneficial to marginalized groups.

Klaikong Vaidhyakarn, Senior Coordinator, General Manager

With his exceptional skill in ICT for Development, Klaikong was a manager of Information Technology Institute for Education (ITIE) and ICT Team Leader of Thai Fund Foundation.  He is currently a coordinator of ChangeFusion working for ICT Plan together with Thai Health Promotion Foundation to provide technology tools for thousand of Thai Health Promotion Foundation's partners. He is specialized in capacity building. His great contribution in social development led to the success of the Mekong ICT Camp, the technology camp for NGOs around Mekong sub-region. He frequently attends International workshop on ICT for Development as a delegate as well as a guest speaker.

Krittika Kaewmamuang, Senior Coordinator, Social Investment and CSR

Krittika was formerly a coordinator of the Sony device technology Thailand.With a master degree in International business and entrepreneurship from Malardalen University, Sweden, Krittika is responsible for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Soially Responsible Investment (SRI) projects. She works closely with Ayudhya Capital Auto Lease (AYCAL), Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), and Securities and Exchange Commission.She was one of ChangeFusion’s representatives to attend the CSR Asia Summit organized at Thammasat University in 2008.She loves playing sports. She was a badminton athlete during her university time.

Pornchai Chianvanit, Senior Coordinator, Network Relations

Pornchai graduated from Chulalongkorn University with a master degree in economics. He is a senior-coordinator for ChangeFusion’s ICT Plan. He works closely with the Thai Health Promotion Foundation to create a healthy online environment in Thailand. In addition, he is managing FUSE project and website which is a space for creative people to display their work and ideas. He loves watching short-movies and films.

Sirinart Torviriyalertchai, Senior Coordinator, Public Policy

Graduated in journalism degree from Bangkok University, Sirinart formerly worked for politics department of the Matichon newspaper.She is a senior-coordinator for ChangeFusion’s ICT Plan. She works closely with officials from Ministry of Education, Ministry of Culture, Ministry of Social Security and Social Development and Thai Health Promotion Foundation to create healthy online environment in Thailand. Her dedication contributes to the success of coordination between governmental sectors to create a sustainable social development. She is also a talented chef and barista. She loves outdoor activities.

Brooke Estin, Coordinator

She is formerly from Kiva, an online marketplace for loans towards micro-entrepreneurs. At ChangeFusion, she's now channeling her energy towards supporting young social entrepreneurs by developing their venture profiles, program coordination and online network coordination and moderation. She's also a talented artist.

Felipe Kasinsky, Coordinator

Felipe has graduated with a dual major in International Business and Finance from Florida International University, and then furthered his financial skills by working as an Investment Specialist at Bank of America where he implemented new ordering systems, work flow and products.  After leaving his life in the US he explored South East Asia, and portrayed, through photography, the contrasts between the country side and the city. Choosing Bangkok as a new home, he started his career with Change Fusion and now coordinates projects that involve business development, advises some of the YSEI fellows and participates in the GSVC Thailand as a judge and mentor, amongst many other endeavors  He is a certified skydiver by USPA and a PADI dive instructor. But currently his time outside work is devoted to Triathlon training.

Naruemon Buengmoon, Coordinator

Formerly a media and communication officer of Thai Health Promotion Foundation's Media for Children Plan, Naruemon blends her interest in media for young people development and ICT conceptual skill from her degree in educational technology from Prince of Songkla University, to build a prototype cultural digital library. This library, culturelib.in.th, serves as an importance content source of the Thailand Digital Library Network of which she is being a project secretary.

Naruemon is currently leading a back-bone team that lays a solid organisational infrastructure for ChangeFusion. An internal library system at ChangeFusion office is one of her success. She has a special interest in local culture and loves photography.

Paramate Poolsuk, Coordinator

As an economics graduate from the University of Thai Chamber of Commerce, Paramate was formerly a stock broker for Far East Co.,Ltd. He conducts researches and gives information support to ICT Plan at ChangeFusion. He works closely with officials from Ministry of Education, Ministry of Culture, Ministry of Social Security and Social Development and Thai Health Promotion Foundation to create healthy online environment in Thailand. His exceptional contribution leads to the betterment of online environment in Thailand. He collects figure models. And he was a table tennis athlete.

Peerapond Chutisuntarakul, Coordinator

Peerapond is formerly from the Channel 3, a popular TV station in Thailand. With her passion in innovative solutions to address social challenge, she joined ChangeFusion as a Coordinator. She works closely with young social entrepreneurs in the region under the Youth Social Enterprise Initiative (YSEI) program. She is also working for the ICT for Development and the Environmental projects.

With her exceptional skill as a Liberal Arts graduate from Thammasat University, she also supports other activities and projects as an interpreter and a translator. Peerapond is currently taking a Master of Science in Environmental and Natural Resources Economics at Chulalongkorn University.

Thanapon Sreshthaputra, Coordinator

From the corporate world, Thanapon now contributes his business and management skills to bridge the gap between the concept of sustainable development and the business world.

His main responsibility is to provide Sustainability and CSR implementation consultancy to private companies, as well as closely work with international organizations, namely, Clinton Climate Initiative and FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations) to promote sustainability in Thailand. Furthermore, he leads a few research projects, such as one of the FAO Project; “The challenges in replicating ‘best practice’, community-based rural bio- energy projects in Thailand”

Jitravadee has a degree in mass communication from Ramkamhaeng University. She is responsible for accounting and office administration of Change Fusion. Her dedication in accounting activities and the effort to keep the office's loving environment is greatly appreciated by all staffs. She was an organizer and sales representative for numbers of Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) events. She loves listening to music. And her sense of humor is matchless.

Kanyamas Chanthong, Associate

Kanyamas graduated from the faculty of Journalism and Mass Communication of Thammasat University. She was formerly an AE of an advertising agency. At ChangeFusion, she is a researcher and content provider of the CSRI website for the coalition of work between ChangeFusion and Stock Exchange of Thailand. She is an easy going person and is interested in saving the environment. She loves watching movies, listening to music and ecotourism.

Pichate Yingkiattikun, Associate

Pichate is formerly from mass communication industry. He is working at ChangeFusion as a coordinator for politics related projects including Political Base, Ideabangkok websites which objectives are to promote democratic liberal idea in Thailand and Openschool which is an online platform to gather knowledge in various fields in VDO format. He is also working as a PR team members for other projects of ChangeFusion including, Fuse , Biogas, Thainetizen and Creative Commons.

Prissana Photimanee, Associate

As a newly journalism graduate, Prisana is a researcher and content provider of ChangeFusion’s online network for environmentally-concerned individuals called Green.in.th. She has a great passion in solving global warming problems. She loves outdoor activities and eco-tourism.

Walaiphorn Wajavuth, Associate

Walaiphorn is a new graduate, with the 1st degree honor in International Program in Economics from Chulalongkorn University. At ChangeFusion, her core responsibility is to develop business plans, financial statements and projections for Social Enterprises. She works closely with not only Social Enterprise project, but also with Socially Responsible Investing (SRI) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects. She is passionate in Creative Capitalism and Design Thinking, as the solution for sustainable development.

Chitpong Kittinaradorn, Consultant

Chitpong is an Adjunct Professor in new media and PR at the Faculty of Journalism and Mass Communication, Thammasat University. An international programme economics graduate from Thammasat University and a technological enthusiast, Chitpong worked with early-year ICT Plan and successfully prototyped many strategic partnership that laid a foundation for a development of the Thailand Digital Library Network which he currently leads. He is also a speaker on Creative Commons.

With his analytical mind and writing skill, Chitpong provides ChangeFusion with consultation on communicative writings, project development, and technological recommendation. With his interest in relationship between web and communication for social change, he is currently pursuing a Master's degree in New Media and Society at the University of Leicester, UK.
