The year the project paused: BC4C and the COVID-19 situation
2020 was the only year in the project’s 14-year history when incubation activities had to stop due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Translated from Thai · reviewed by the CF team
Over the 14 years the project has been running, 2020 was the only year when BC4C had to temporarily pause its incubation activities. The COVID-19 pandemic affected both the organisation of group activities and the readiness of new entrepreneurs to take part in the project.
BC4C’s cohort sequence therefore skipped directly from cohort 9 (2019) to cohort 10 (2021). During this period, the CF team reviewed the project model before resuming operations in 2021 with a revised funding structure.
