The first pilot round of the new-format growth acceleration programme in B.E. 2568 selected 3 enterprises with clearly different needs and contexts. One of them is Attalak, which connects local handicraft products with consumers while providing vocational training to vulnerable groups such as single mothers and people released from prison.
Although it is registered as a social enterprise, Attalak is not yet proficient in accounting documentation and financial planning, posing a risk to its long-term operations. It was therefore paired with mentors Lawan Rojratanawichit (Sao), Yodkhwan Navagan (Khwan) and Kamoltip Chalermboon (Aeey), experts in accounting and finance, tax and legal compliance.
After the 3-month mentoring process, the outcome was a systematic tool for managing accounting documents. This strengthened internal capacity and laid a better foundation for sustainable growth over the long term.
