On 21–22 January, B.E. 2569, the Project held an online incubation programme for outstanding grassroots innovations via ZOOM, totalling 11 hours, for all 10 selected teams.

The first day (21 January) focused on connecting with partner networks. Topics included projects for local community development and opportunities to connect work with UNDP Thailand; social enterprise (SE) registration and benefits, presented by the Office of Social Enterprise Promotion; opportunities for social entrepreneurs, presented by SE Thailand; and ways to connect with ThaiHealth to develop community well-being. The day concluded with an open discussion, “From inspiration to innovation and design for communities”, where all 10 teams exchanged experiences of local challenges, new ideas and their expectations.

The second day (22 January) focused on technical skills, including design thinking and product design with Assistant Professor Saranya Siang Arom (Chulalongkorn University); analysis of marketing channels and online communications with a consultant from Digital Byte; financial and accounting advice from the CH. Karnchang accounting team; and presentations of plans to further develop innovations in both categories (tools and machinery, and handicrafts and arts). These presentations became the basis for the advisory plans for field visits in the next stage.
