Nakhon Phanom: Nakhon Phanom University indicates readiness to host project service-user data
The team visited Nakhon Phanom University and the Primary Care Unit team at Phon Sawan Hospital to discuss the needs they identified for food menus and diabetes education, which could be developed into new Micro-apps.

On 8–9 January B.E. 2568, ChangeFusion’s platform development team visited Nakhon Phanom Province to discuss approaches to developing the platform with two organisations.
Nakhon Phanom University
The team met with the Assistant to the President for Information Technology and Modern Education at Nakhon Phanom University to discuss the possibility of the university hosting the project’s service-user data for the Nakhon Phanom Province area. The university indicated that it may be possible to host the data on its cloud server.
Primary Care Unit (PCU) team at Phon Sawan Hospital
The PCU team expressed interest in several types of applications to support diabetes prevention and care. These included recording health indicators (weight, height and waist circumference) to calculate BMI and show change trends, as well as calculating recommended daily energy intake by gender, weight, height, age, activity and stress; recommending healthy menus suited to local foods and calculating the energy content of each menu; providing easy-to-understand information about NCDs, with an AI question-and-answer system; offering a brief self-assessment of risk, with recommendations and follow-up; and providing self-management activity packs and worksheets, with a reminder system.
Overall, the project already has service systems to meet many of these needs. However, two areas that are not yet covered and could be developed into new Micro-apps are food menus and education. Existing features, such as recording health information and self-assessing risk, should also be considered for separation into Micro-apps to make them easier to access.
