Many Thai high school students face a lack of direction in life. They do not know what they are interested in or what goals they want to achieve in the future. This is partly due to a lack of career information, mentors and guidance on decisions about personal development, and opportunities to explore a range of interests and career paths.

a-chieve joined BC4C in its first cohort (B.E. 2554) and has continued to develop a comprehensive career guidance support system. This includes career information and activities for students; working with teachers and career mentors to provide appropriate guidance; the “Career Shortcut” activity, an online consultation session with a career mentor lasting 1 hour; and the “Fuk Fun Fest”, a career fair where students can explore different careers and talk with mentors from a range of fields. Alongside this, a-chieve has developed career guidance curricula for schools and provided training for teachers. In early B.E. 2566, a-chieve launched the a-chieve Hub online platform to help students access career information, self-exploration tools and information about additional activities.

Over the past 12 years, a-chieve has worked with more than 22,000 students aged 13-18, 350 teachers and 700 career mentors across the country.

In B.E. 2565, a-chieve also entered BC4C’s growth acceleration programme as one of its first ventures. After improving its business and financial planning through the programme, a-chieve’s revenue fell by 14% in B.E. 2567 (from 10.8 million baht to 9.3 million baht), before surging by 158% in B.E. 2568 to 24 million baht. This is one of the stories that illustrates the full life cycle of BC4C, from incubation to growth acceleration.
