The first three years of the accelerator programme: clearer business plans, but funding remains out of reach
The previous model of the accelerator programme (B.E. 2565-2567) helped ventures develop much clearer business plans, but did not effectively address the challenge of accessing funding.

Over the first 3 years of the accelerator programme (B.E. 2565-2567), 17 ventures took part. Survey results from the 15 respondents showed clear progress in organisational capacity: 93% reported greater clarity about their organisation’s mission and vision, 87% had clearer growth plans, and 80% had improved capacity to plan and implement business and impact strategies.
However, a gap remains in connecting ventures with actual sources of funding. This is partly due to the limited number of funders and the mismatch between funders’ investment criteria and each venture’s stage of growth, level of risk or funding needs. In addition, some ventures still struggle to put into practice the strategic plans developed during the programme because of limitations in their operational capacity, access to specialised expertise or financial resources.
These two gaps became important starting points for designing a new model of the accelerator programme in B.E. 2568.
