Child Impact completes Health Talk activity support system, linking member database to reduce duplicate data entry

On 12 June B.E. 2569, the Child Impact team met with San Phalang Di online via Zoom to plan the development of a system to support Health Talk activities held on Zoom. The system covers registration, post-activity tests and surveys, and certificate issuance.
Until now, the process has used two separate Google Forms: one for registration and another for the post-activity test. The forms were not linked, so participants had to re-enter their names, email addresses and other details each time they registered. Meanwhile, the team had to process all the data manually in Excel, including summarising participant numbers and analysing results, creating a heavy workload for administrators.
The meeting agreed that, at this stage, registration would be moved to the Child Impact website, which would retrieve basic information such as names, email addresses and organisations from the existing member database to avoid duplicate entry. Participants would be able to see their own registration and attendance status in the system, while administrators would have a clear, centralised view of applicants and participants across activities. For post-activity tests, administrators would be able to edit the 5 main questions themselves, while the satisfaction and feedback questions would remain fixed. When participants complete the test and survey and meet the criteria of 3 out of 5 questions, the system will issue a certificate that can be downloaded immediately from a shared template used for all activities, with only the text changed. Participants will also be able to view their attendance history and download certificates at any time.
The ideas of collecting a fee before issuing certificates and developing an E-learning system for people unable to attend live sessions on Zoom were set aside for discussion and further development in a later phase.
As agreed, San Phalang Di compiled the membership registration form, the post-activity test and survey forms, and the certificate template and sent them to ChangeFusion to continue developing the full system. Development has now been completed as agreed, including the registration system, the post-activity test and survey system, the certificate issuance system, and tools that support administrators and users in accessing and managing information according to their respective permissions. The system is now available for Health Talk activities.
