Workplace Well-being
Organisations where people have a good quality of life physically, mentally, intellectually and socially are the foundation of effectiveness and sustainability — we develop digital tools to help organisations plan systematically to improve employee well-being.
Translated from Thai · reviewed by the CF team
8 dimensions of well-being across 4 domains
Happy Workplace aims to promote a good quality of life for workers, both physically and mentally, through the “Happy 8” framework — Happy Body, Happy Heart, Happy Relax, Happy Brain, Happy Money, Happy Soul, Happy Family, Happy Society — covering 4 domains of well-being: physical, mental, intellectual and social. This goes hand in hand with strengthening organisational effectiveness and image.
From assessment to AI-recommended action plans
Organisations that want to build well-being systematically need to follow 8 steps — learn, establish a working group, diagnose problems, develop a strategic plan, design and organise activities, monitor and evaluate results, review and make improvements, and sustain the culture. We develop digital tools to make each step easier, including an AI system that recommends goals based on the problems identified by an organisation.
Civil society and private sector organisations seeking to build a culture of workplace well-being, working with the Office of Happy Workplace Support, ThaiHealth, and the Thai Environment Institute Foundation.

- 02 Provide digital tools for the 8-step process, with AI to recommend goals based on problems diagnosed by the organisation.
- 03 Create ready-to-use forms and templates for establishing working groups, planning, reporting and evaluating activities.
- 04 Provide a space for organisations to share their own projects and build a peer learning network.
