Sunit has over ten years of experience in social enterprise as well as social investment development. He was part of the setup of various social innovation initiatives. Thai Social Enterprise Promotion Board (Thai government SE support mechanism), B-KIND and Governance Funds, pioneer Thai ESG mutual funds with built-in venture philanthropy structure. Taejai.com, largest Thai crowd giving site, Media for Social Justice Fund and Open Data initiatives such as Corrupt0 and Thai cofacts.

He is also an Ashoka fellow.

Haidy has seven years of experience in working in the sales and marketing area in the private sector including the coffee and kitchen equipment businesses. She is responsible for assisting social enterprises in terms of business development to facilitate market access and expansion.

Chitpong Kittinaradorn

Social innovation & impact finance specialist (change fusion)

Chitpong Kittinaradorn studied Economics at Thammasat University and New Media & Society at University of Leicester, and holds several technical certificates in programming, machine learning, and deep learning. He is focused on leading and facilitating the development of digital technology for social impact. As a web developer he led the development of numurous web applications, e-learning platforms, and chatbots. As a data scientist and machine learning engineer he led the collaborative analysis work of fake news and hate speech, and the development of machine learning applications in the area of child development and domestic violence intervention. He also designed and developed the social impact reporting standard being used in leading social investment platforms such as Taejai crowdfunding website in Thailand.

Accounting manager (change ventures)

Panee has over twenty years of accounting management from a prominent listed Thai group of companies.  She is responsible for developing and monitoring accounting system of portfolio social enterprises as well as providing oversight and advisory support.

Tanatep Pornkulvilai

FINANCE MANAGER (CHANGE FUSION)

Tanatep has over ten years experience in financial management and public project finance standards and documentations. He support all projects within ChangeFusion as well as social entrepreneurs in financial management and financial documentations. He specializes in compliance and financial accounting standards by local donors, government as well as international development finance organizations.

Ada Chirapaisarnkul

INNOVATIVE PHILANTHROPY LEAD

Ada Chirapaisarnkul is passionate about “building the ecosystem for social impact organizations to thrive in”. She founded the Thai Young Philanthropist Network (TYPN) in 2008, mobilizing local and foreign students and institutions for a social investment and skill-based volunteering movement across Thailand and Southeast Asia. Since its inception, they now have 2,700 young leaders and are partnered with more than 100 social-purpose organizations. In 2017, Ada co-founded taejai.com, the first and largest fundraising website for social-impact projects.

Additionally, Ada has taken on government projects, such as the first National Master plan for Social Enterprise Development with the Prime Minister’s office, and academic roles, such as lecturing and founding G-Lab at Thammasat University. On top of her various ongoing projects, some of her recent roles include Head of Social Impact Advisory for ChangeVentures, and Board Member of NEEDeed. The multiple degree holder has received many honors and awards, including Asia 21 Young Leader of the Asia Society (2015), Rockefeller Foundation Global Fellow on Social Innovation (2016), and is featured on the 2018 ZICO ASEAN 40 under 40 list. She hopes to nurture the culture of citizen movement, and to serve as a catalyst for real, sustainable change.

Pichai Uamturapojn

IMPACT COLLABORATOR

Pichai Uamturapojn is an Impact Collaborator of ChangeFusion. He works with innovators and impact communities in Upper North-east of Thailand to develop and scale ChangeFusion's initiatives to the area.

Pichai is also a co-founder of Social Innovation Hub named Ma:D Esan in Mekong Region which is an active practitioner for social entrepreneurship and sustainable urban mobility. He was selected as a Mekong Fellow under the Water, Environment and Resilience. He worked as a Programme Director with Thailand Environment Institute and Thailand Business Council for Sustainable Development. In GIZ/SMMR, he is a national expert based in Nong Khai and Udon Thani, collaborating with local stakeholders to strengthen the sustainable design of urban mobility in the cross-border Nong Khai - Vientiane Metropolitan Region. After his PhD in Interdisciplinary Engineering and Planning from University of the Ryukyus, he worked as a project researcher at the Center for Southeast Asian Studies (CSEAS) in Kyoto, a postdoctoral fellow with the International Project Policy in Tokyo, and a fellow at the East-West Center in Hawai‘i.

Duangtip Kraisiridej

Research & impact business development

With Finance background, Duangtip had worked in the business development team at Siam Cement Group focusing on feasibility study in petrochemical business for 2 years. Prior to joining ChangeFusion, she worked with Oxfam for a few years in Enterprise Development Program that helped to improve financial performance of agricultural SMEs in South Asia countries that have positive impact on women and their livelihood.

At ChangeFusion, Duangtip is responsible for coordinating projects that aim to create social impact as well as conducting research on Social Reintegration of offenders in Thailand. She is interested in disability discrimination and elderly health issues.
