Following field visits to Nakhon Phanom and Lampang, and discussions with teams from various areas at the cross-area meeting in December B.E. 2567, ChangeFusion proposed initial approaches for developing 4 Micro-apps and updating the Landing pages for both service users and Local admins.

Scaling up revealed structural barriers at each school, from internet connectivity and teacher transfers to insufficient learning equipment. The team therefore made its approach more flexible to suit conditions on the ground.

The team assesses each school’s readiness before choosing the most suitable activity format, and sets up a system to advise teachers throughout the activities and a reward system to motivate both teachers and students.
